Scanning Services

EG Photo offers a variety of scanning services for film, prints, oversized artwork as well as custom scanning for large film and slide formats. Whatever your scanning needs, EG Photo provides high quality scanning solutions serviced by qualified technicians.

Custom Scan
There is a $25 minimum and the service includes, scanning the image, cleaning, color correcting, and sizing the image to your specifications. Please ask for assistance from our graphics department for more details. We can scan film up to 4x5 or flat reflective or transparent artwork up to 12x18.

Large Original Capture
We offer Giclee reproduction prints from artwork. Copyright issues do apply. Price will be determined by size or original artwork, size of reproduction and method of delivery.

Film Scanning
Res & Super Res CD
Res includes viewing software, CD cover, and case. File size is approximately 1024x1536 or 300dpi at standard print size. This service is appropriate for e-mail or printing up to 5x7.

Super Res includes viewing software, CD cover, and case. File size is approximately 2048x3072 or 300dpi at 7x10 print size. This service is appropriate for printing up to 11x14.

Shoebox Special - Digitize Your Old Snapshots!
For Prints in sizes 2x2 up to 5x7 inches. Prints are safely scanned at 300 dpi at the original size. We perform “global” color and density correction and archive your images on CD. Minimum of 20 prints required. Turnaround quoted at time of order.
