Note: Adding multiple files is easy.
When the file browser appears allowing you to select your photos
press and hold down the "Ctrl" key.
Then select the all of the photos you want to print.

Otherwise, click the "Print Photos" button here to print from your web browser.

If photos are not picked up within 60 days or if you want photos shipped to you,

If you've never printed photos before and you want to get started right now from your web browser, you just need to know three simple steps:

Here are the steps in detail followed by some troubleshooting hints in case you run into something unexpected.

1. Click the "Print Photos" button to upload your digital photos and have them printed.

You may be asked to download a small utility program. This is needed for the transfer to take place. Please click Yes if this happens to you.

2. Next, you will see a page with an "Add Files" button. Click the "Add Files" button. You will be prompted with a familiar window specific to your operating system, Windows, or Macintosh for example, which allows you to navigate to the location on your computer where your digital photos are stored. Once you've selected the file you want to upload, click the "Add Files" button. The name of the file will appear in the window. Click "Add Files" again and repeat the process if you'd like to upload multiple photos. Note: To add multiple files at once, hold the "Ctrl" key down while selecting the files. This will keep the first files selected while you select additional files. Continue, until the window lists the names of all the files you want to upload.

3. Next, Click the "Send" button.
Please wait a few seconds at this point, until you see a new window displayed, showing a "Checkout", "Share" and "Help" button. Your photo(s) displays on the left.

4. Select the quantity and size of the prints you would like, and click "Checkout".
A new window displays, prompting you for your billing information.

5. Complete the billing information, and select where you'd like to pick up your prints, and click "Next" to go to the final window.

6. To complete your order click "Buy Now". A window displays confirming the order and gives you an order number and details about the transaction.

That's it! Your prints will be ready in a few days. As soon as they are ready you will receive an email from us indicating they're ready and waiting to be picked up.

Troubleshooting Tips

Here are some tips to help you through the process in case something unexpected occurs:

- If you have trouble at the "Send Now" step, it could be that you have software installed to prevent pop-up ads. In this case, while holding down the Ctrl & Shift keys at the same time, click the "Send Now" button. Alternatively, you can turn off your pop-up ad prevention software before you click "Send Now".
